Belle Interiors entered the furniture scene in the late 1970s
Belle interiors opened it's original and expansive showroom in the fashion district of Merivale in Christchurch in 1978, at an exciting time when the Italian design houses were re-establishing their reputation in a new era of furniture design and function. The Belle showroom featuring products from iconic design houses such as Fiam, Poltrona Frau, Pierre Vandel, many of which are still at the forefront of furniture design today.
The business later moved to a more visible site in Victoria Street in Central Christchurch in 1998, close to where the existing showroom is located today, Whilst retaining its access to the finest imported furniture from the worlds leading design houses,
Belle Interiors now prides itself on being able to deliver locally produced, custom made solutions across many forms of furniture, upholstery and cabinetry.
